The top lawn is a beautiful and tranquil garden area which is kept well maintained by our resident gardener, Ian. It is a place to relax, enjoy and wander through -weather permitting!

Please treat the top lawn as our “Formal” garden thus there are a few additional rules to abide by to keep this lawn for the enjoyment of all:

  • No ball sports – The lower lawns are for games and sports
  • No BBQs on the top lawn, but you are free to BBQ on the middle and lower lawn levels. Please be aware that hot coals burn and/or mark the grass. Please ensure there is a catch tray or barrier under any BBQ to catch any embers or oil.
